| 1. General The offer on this website reaches consumers, which have their domicile within the European Union. Exceptions require a separate agreement. The minimum order amount is EUR 25,00 (plus shipping see 3.), please understand, that we cannot process your order below this limit. 2. Terms of delivery Your delivery will be processed immediately, or, at the very latest, on the following working day after receipt of your order. The delivery will generally be sent within 2-3 days (subject to availability). 3. Postage and packing costs 3.1 For every order, we charge a general delivery charge of EUR 7,00. This general charge includes processing, selection, product control, packing and the delivery charges of the delivery company. 3.2 Postage for foreign countries will be calculated according to the actual postage costs. In this event, we will inform you in advance by mail. 3.3 For deliveries of goods abroad, then the additional actual postage costs will be charged. Please note that for deliveries abroad customs duty may be charged. 4. Delays If there is any delay in the delivery of goods, we will inform you by email or telephone. 5. Additional deliveries If any part of your order is not immediately available, then these goods will be delivered free of charge. 6. Reservation We reserve the right to provide goods of the same quality and price, or to not supply the agreed order if the goods are not available. |
